Laughter is a Good Medicine
Does the Bible say we should laugh? Does the Bible say that Laughter is a Good Medicine? There are several verses that say it is good to laugh. For instance Proverbs 17:22 states "A joyful heart is good medicine, But a broken spirit dries up the bones."

In Psalm 126:2 it states "Then our mouth was filled with laughter" which once again shows its good to laugh. "Anxiety in a man's heart weighs it down, But a good word makes it glad." Proverbs 12:25
